1. What do you do outside of the gym? Career, hobbies, etc.! I work as a family nurse practitioner in urgent care, but my favorite job is being mom to my two boys! I love to play tennis, do yoga, camp, do anything outside in the sunshine, hang out with our dog, and watch my boys play sports. 2. How long have you been training with us? I started in March 2024, so about 9 months now. I was always a "work out solo" person, either running or doing online platform workouts at home

I enjoy playing golf and pickleball — both are great ways to stay competitive while enjoying the outdoors. I also make it a priority to spend quality time with my family and close friends.
