1. What do you do outside of the gym? Career, hobbies, etc.!
I’ve been an insurance agent since 2018! Outside of the gym, I’m usually reading or spending time with my friends and family.
2. How long have you been training with us?
A little over a year.
3. What's been your biggest accomplishment since you began training with us?
I have achieved many personal strength goals since starting, but my biggest accomplishment so far was hitting 105 on the clean. It’s my favorite lift, and my biggest goal for 2024 was hitting 100+.
4. What's your favorite thing about being a member here?
My favorite thing about being a member is definitely the community. When I first started, I was very timid and honestly terrified of coming to my first few classes alone. Now, I have gained more confidence and been a lot more social both inside and outside of the gym. I love the coaches and all of the members, it feels like everyone truly cares and wants to see you succeed!
5. What would you say to someone who is considering training with us?
Just try it! CrossFit is truly for anyone and everyone. I was intimidated at first, but the coaches will truly make you feel comfortable and give you options to fit your specific fitness level.
